Caroline Johnson studied Fine Art at Preston, Falmouth and Central St. Martins.

Caroline has had regular solo and joint exhibitions and her drawings and paintings have featured in several art publications. She’s documented music festivals, life in a Care Home and was documentary artist for ‘Facing Out’, an Arts for Health project.

She lived in France for twenty years, where she worked on public art projects, before returning to her native Lancashire.

Caroline has an analytical eye for the craft of drawing, painting and printmaking in order to efficiently communicate her ideas.

She’s well known for her graphic depictions of Manchester, but her work also explores the human figure, landscape and still life.
